RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to Vesterlyng Camping, we hope your / your stay will be satisfactory. This letter has been prepared to avoid doubt among our campers, and will therefore help to give the best benefit of your / your stay here.

Upon submission of this lease for the above season and tenant's acceptance thereof, both parties enter into this lease. Upon payment of rent or deposit, the agreement is confirmed by the tenant and the tenant thereby declares to have read and accepted the terms as seen below.

Re-booking of the same place the following year must be notified to Vesterlyng no later than xx month 202X, after which the place will be offered to another party.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
If you have a place and want the same place next season, a deposit must be paid no later than departure. An exception to this may be a change in space layout, new establishment or something else. The deposit is DKK 1,000 for an entire season place and DKK 500 for a sub-season place, the amount is deducted from the total season price. Installment payment 1 is due no later than 15 January and installment payment 2 must be paid no later than 1 March 2021 for seasonal places and spring places. When booking a season place after 15 January, installments are paid by agreement with the camp manager.

A fee of DKK 100 will be charged for late payment. In case of non-payment or late payment, the campsite reserves the right to rent the site to another party.


RENTAL OF CARAVAN FOR THIRD PARTIES
Renter is welcome to rent his car at www.camptravel.net. Please contact us at the reception, where we can also help with creating a landlord profile and contact other landlords for exchange of experience.


REGISTRATION OF CARAVANS:
According to the Camping Regulations, all caravans parked on the campsite's units must be identifiable. Listed caravans must either be registered in accordance with Danish or foreign traffic law (ie a caravan must be legally coupled to a vehicle and legally driven from a campsite to another campsite in the home country), or they must be registered with ID no. . (the green ID plate). The ID plate with a valid year mark must either be placed on the back of the caravan, where the number plate is normally placed, or visible in a window facing the road. The ID plates and year mark can be bought at the reception.


THE PLACES AND DISTANCE RULES
According to the fire statutes' 3-meter rule, the caravan, tent, storage tent, etc. must be set up so that it does not impair the neighbor's setting up possibilities. There must therefore be a minimum of 1.5 meters for all boundaries. If the caravan, tent or other is located closer than 1.5 m to the boundary, it must be moved. If something is too close to the boundary, or the camp manager of the fire authority is asked to correct the fire distance, the tent, caravan etc. will be moved even without the owner being informed.
It is allowed to set up one caravan, one awning and possibly. one tool tent per space unit. Anything not placed within the above must be removed each time the space is left. Flagpoles, antennas and the like are not permitted anywhere other than permanently mounted on the caravan.

If a reading sling is used permanently, the goals must also be met. Remember the distance also applies to storage tents. Solid floors must be covered by the tent. Terraces, artificial turf, fencing or similar may not be made. The camper must always comply with the regulations of the Camping Regulations.

Cleaning up / care of rented space unit around caravan, is the tenant's responsibility. Keep the space neat and tidy.

If the space under the trolley is used for storage, skirts must be fitted, as this must not be visible. Mow grass and edges at reasonable intervals approx. every 2 weeks. (lawn mowers can be rented at reception for DKK 10, -) In the event of non-compliance with this point, the campsite will take on the task itself and charge a fee of DKK 200, - per. walk.
It is not allowed to use Round-Up or any other form of weed control. All pruning, cutting and digging at the campsite may only take place by prior agreement with the camp manager. A fee of at least DKK 500 is charged for re-establishment if the unit is dug up or pruned without the camp manager's consent.

Caravan and awning must be kept neat, clean and free of algae. The space around the carriage must also be kept neat and tidy.
Disagreements with the camp manager, or violation of one or more rules will be considered a breach of contract, and the tenant will then be able to be expelled from the site immediately. Nothing will be refunded of the rent if this lease is breached. There may be a fee for re-establishing space etc. in case of breach of contract.
PARKING CARS AND DRIVING ON SITE

ONLY ONE CAR PER. UNIT. IF THERE IS NO SPACE FOR THE CAR ON THE SPACE UNIT, PARKING MUST BE MADE IN PARKING AREAS AT THE ENTRANCE OR ALONG THE ROAD OUTSIDE THE SPACE.

It is not allowed to park the car in an unused space unit, as it is to the great inconvenience of the tourists we send to what is expected to be a vacant space.

REMEMBER: Exercise is healthy. Save driving to toilet buildings, shop and café (it is good for the environment) take the bike instead or use your legs (it is good for your health)

Driving on the site must be limited to what is most necessary and always take place at a step-by-step pace. MAX 15 KM / T.

Driving must take place between 7.00 - 22.00 for the sake of fellow campers and tranquility during the night hours. The barrier is closed between 22.00 and 7.00 In case of serious acute illness or if an ambulance is needed on the site, contact the camp manager or staff by phone [COMPANY_PHONE].
Are we contacted to open the barrier between 22.00 and 7.00 because you / I forgot to move the car, unregistered guests or something else, the tenant pays a fee of DKK 350, -, but not in the event of an alarm.


PLACE OF RESIDENCE
The site may be used on weekdays, weekends as well as holidays and public holidays, however, you may not have a permanent residence on the campsite, you must have another registered residence (population register address).


GUESTS
Day guests for seasonal campers always contact the reception during visits and settle DKK 15 per guest, unless the seasoned camper has purchased a guest card. The guest has the right to use the facilities of the site, pool area excepted. You can buy access to the pool for DKK 15 per person. guest.
Overnight guests who are not registered at the reception are perceived as breach of contract and will result in termination of the rental agreement.

All guests for seasonal campers MUST park outside the square in the guest parking area.

PETS
Dogs are very welcome, but must be in a short line and ventilated outside the place. Do not leave your dog alone in the awning / caravan - and remember that a barking and / or loose dog is a big nuisance for surrounding guests.

Remember that it is your duty to pick up leftovers after your dog.

ELECTRICITY METER
It is the tenant's responsibility to check the meter regularly. In the event of a fault on the meter, the campsite will estimate a consumption. In the event of a fault, contact the camp manager immediately so that faults can be rectified. We recommend that the power cable is disconnected at an electrical stand every time the site is left for more than 24 hours, due to the risk of fire and / or short circuit. It is the tenant's responsibility to check if there is electricity. The campsite cannot be held responsible for power outages.


LOW SEASON
In the low seasons, there may be limited opening hours in both reception, shop and café. In case of urgent and urgent need, we are of course always available by contacting the campsite's main number and / or camp manager's mobile number or by contacting a private house.

Shop and swimming pool will also have limited opening hours. The opening hours always appear on the doors or are stated in the reception or shop. There may also be a reduction in facilities. Ex. bouncy castles may be knocked down, closing some restrooms, etc.

CLEANING
During the school summer holidays there will be cleaning at certain times. Please respect this and use other building. For the rest of the season, there will be no cleaning times, so please refer to another service building.

CAMPING AVAILABILITY OVER THE CAMPS
In the event of tree felling, change of site layout, new establishment or otherwise, the campsite has the right to offer the tenant alternative space.
WASTE MANAGEMENT
The set up containers and waste racks may ONLY be used for normal. kitchen waste.
Bottles and glasses should be in the bottle container.
Newspapers and paper are placed in the newspaper container.

Cardboard is folded and placed in the cardboard containers.
OTHER WASTE AND LARGE GARBAGE (Barbecue, chairs, carpets, floors, etc.) are removed by your own measure.

RULES IN POOL AREA
All stays in this area are at the tenant's own risk. If prescribed rules as seen at the entrance carousel are not complied with, this will result in expulsion, The area is video monitored.

All guests in the pool must be washed before use either in the pool area or nearby sanitary building.

TV AND LIVING ROOM
The TV and living room are for the free use of registered campers and their guests. Remember to keep the area tidy after use.

PLAY AND BALL GAMES
The campsite has both playgrounds and a ball field. Help your children / grandchildren find the places where they can play and play ball. Ball games must not take place between tents and caravans. The bouncy cushion must not be used in rainy weather and if it is not fully inflated.

ANIMAL FOLD
The animals are fed every day at 10 and all children and adults are welcome to attend. Departure at Vesterlyng Café.

WINTER STORAGE
It is possible to have the caravan stored for the winter for a fee. Winter storage must be notified and paid for in the information before the end of the season. Winter storage takes place from the end of the season to the start. Winter-stored caravans will be located in the area approved for this.

ON DEPARTURE
The space will be cleared at the end of the lease. The place must appear as at reception, ie. all effects must be removed. Leftover effects are removed at the tenant's expense, however, a minimum of DKK 300.
You are always welcome to visit the site during the winter to look after winter-stored caravans or just go for a walk. Please park in the car park even if the barrier is open. Always pay attention when working on the site.

Remember all buildings on the campsite are non-smoking.
