About Vesterlyng Camping
Vesterlyng Camping is run by Torben Berner and Lone Tholstrup Thygesen.
We have a pretty simple philosophy: That our guests can relax and have the company with both family and friends that everyone needs, and leave with the thought of visiting us again.
Our hope is that we can help both children and adults recharge their batteries, get a good dose of fresh air, experience one of the most beautiful corners of Denmark and see some of the region's pride and not least get a social dimension on the holiday or weekend trip.
In most cases, it succeeds - and that's what makes it fun for us to run such a special business as a campsite.

OPENING HOURS IN RECEPTION & SHOP
Low season & mid season (see season dates under prices)
Sunday - Thursday: 8.00 - 12.00 and 14.00 - 17.00
Friday - Saturday: 8:00 -12:00 and 14:00-19:00
High season
Every day: 8:00 - 12:00 & 14:00-19:00 (20:00 during industrial holiday weeks)
The pool opens around June 1st each year and closes around September 1st.
No cars on the site between 10pm and 7am.
We have five bicycles for rent - if you are interested, please contact us or book directly here:

We have become greener.
We have now officially become sustainability certified - Greenstay Denmark. This means that we have committed to contributing to fulfilling the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.
These 5 goals in particular are the focus of the Greenstay certification:

We have already taken some steps in the right direction, but every day we work to become better so that together we can take care of our resources and our Earth.
